Aberchalder Lodge is ideally situated in Inverness-shire, perfect for those who enjoy sporting estates, hill walking, picturesque scenery and life in a traditional Scottish Lodge. Highland Lodges can organise your stay in this fully-catered private estate Lodge for exclusive use.

Aberchalder Lodge is a comfortable, spacious 19th Century traditional Shooting Lodge.  It stands on a hillside 5 miles south of Loch Ness commanding sweeping views in every direction across Loch Oich, the River Oich and Thomas Telford's Caledonian Canal to the hills of the Glengarry Forest. To the rear the Estate lands stretch for four miles along the south side of Loch Oich. Aberchalder Estate encompasses some 16,000 acres of beautiful woodlands, mountains, lochs and rivers, along the south side of Loch Oich in the heart of 'The Great Glen' - that 65-mile long rift-valley that cuts across Scotland from Inverness in the north-east to Fort William on the west.

The large front lawn boasts magnificent views of the river, loch and hills beyond.
