Activities: The castle is perfectly located to enjoy castle trails, golf, walking, cycling and sailing. Dinghy sailing, canoeing, clay pigeon shooting, archery and tennis. Also riding, boat trips, "Stalking with Cameras" and art classes by arrangement.
With 25,000 acres of coast to coast deer fenced ground, the peninsula location of the estate offers red deer stalking. Additionally there are roe and fallow deer, woodcock, snipe, pheasant, and wild duck and geese.
Fishing: Some of Scotland's finest wild brown trout fishing is available on the estate be it in the immediate vicinity, remote hill lochs or Loch Mudle and Mhadiach Riabach. Alternatively the Achateny Wate, a spate river, offers salmon and sea trout fishing which flows out of Loch Mudle.
