The Whisky Tasting
Over the course of the weekend you will have the opportunity to tantalise your taste buds with a range of carefully selected single malt and blend whiskies. From the Lowlands to the Highlands and Islands, there will be a selection and range of whiskies which will allow you to fully appreciate the delicate differences in distilling. Under the guidance of a whisky expert who will teach you whisky nosing and tasting techniques, we hope that by the end of your stay you will have found your “nectar”. All whiskies and tasting notes will be provided over the weekend. All meals are provided by one of our experienced cooks, who can tailor menus to your particular tastes.
