At Highland Lodges, we will tailor all meals and menus around your taste.
Our daily catering services include:
Full cooked Scottish or Continental Breakfast
Light lunches at house or packed lunches to take at the river, hill etc.

Wines, Ports, Beers and Spirits
Together with TM Robertson Wine Cellars, we can supply all your wines, spirits, beers and ports. We can offer you either our carefully selected wine list or have you choose your own. Either way, you will be offered the goods at cost with Sale or Return offered.
Fresh Seafood
Scotland produces an abundance of fresh, natural food. From the deep North Atlantic to the crystal waters of remote west coast sea lochs there are scallops, langoustine, mussels, oysters and crab. In the rivers and hill lochs, salmon and trout a plenty!
Scottish Meat and Game
The mountains and forests of the Highlands provide us with venison, grouse, pheasant and partridge. From the historic home of Aberdeen-Angus beef and the fertile plains of the east, there are rich meats, sun-ripened grains, seasonal vegetables and succulent soft fruits. Then, of course, there is whisky: pure barley, soft water, aromatic peat – the simple components of one of the world's most complex and distinctive drinks.

In the warm and congenial atmosphere of your private country house you can enjoy the best of Scottish hospitality. An aperitif (perhaps a fine malt whisky) in front of the roaring log fire, followed by a sumptuous 4 course dinner around the large polished-wood dining table. Each day of your stay with us you cook will serve the best home-produced food, whilst also having the opportunity to taste the diverse flavours and textures of Scottish cuisine. We use only fresh, seasonal ingredients of the highest possible quality.
