Balinakill Country House nestles on a hillside in 5 acres of peaceful grounds on the west side of the Kintyre Peninsula in Argyll, easily accessible by air, boat or road. This impressive baronial country house retains a wealth of period features and is set in mature gardens on the edge of the village of Clachan, one of the oldest settlements in Kintrye.

The house enjoys 12 en-suite bedrooms, an additional children's bedroom/playroom, three large public rooms, a fully equipped country kitchen, a victorian dining room and a bar with a wood burning stove. On arrival you will find the house warm with the fires and the stove set. The rental includes all fuel, bed linen, towels and kitchen accessories together with a small selection of toiletries and cleaning materials. Hairdryers, tea making facilities and hot water bottles are in all rooms. Full laundry and ironing facilities are available for guests' use.

Balinakill is the perfect location for a Scottish Wedding/Civil Ceremony, Corporate Team Building/Training Events, family get-together or a suprise party. The conservatory room overlooking the garden leads straight onto the barbecue area and is a light, bright room in which to relax or enjoy games and activities.
