Set in rural Perthshire, bordered on one side by the A90 commuter link to some of Scotland’s finest towns and spectacular scenery and the wooded backdrop of Kinnoull Hill on the other, the attractively landscaped complex offers the ideal touring base for any length of break.

Created by the extensive and sympathetic renovation of a former 19th century listed farm steading and Victorian dairy, Home Farm Breaks offers a choice of 3 - 3 bedroom cottages finished to the highest standard.

All 3 cottages are individually designed to retain the character of the old buildings and guarantee that holiday home with a difference. Each cottage is light and airy, featuring spectacular stone and natural wood finishes, decorated in subtle buttermilk and cheerful contrast soft furnishings, along with hi-spec kitchen and bathroom fittings.

The historic City of Perth is only three miles away with Scotland’s capital Edinburgh and Glasgow within an hour’s drive. The breathtaking beauty of the Scottish Highlands is on the doorstep.

Designed to the smallest detail with our guests in mind, the homes feature wet rooms, low-level sockets and switches, under floor heating, extra wide doorways and passages and flat ground level access as standard. Bedrooms can be adapted to provide double or twin accommodation as required. In-cottage entertainment standards include an X-Box, Wii and Sky TV.

The patio courtyard, garden and pony paddock offer the perfect setting for shorter strolls and lazy days.

 

Activities: Ideal centre for sporting holidays with championship golf courses at nearby Gleneagles, Carnoustie and St Andrews while field sports enthusiasts will find a wealth of options just minutes away including shooting, fishing and falconry.
