MacNAB CHALLENGE in Scotland
Highland Lodges are delighted to offer the MacNab Challenge
We can offer this ultimate sporting challenge from 12th August - 15th October on various sporting estate throughout Scotland.
What is a MacNab?
A ''Macnab'' namely to stalk a Red Deer, shoot a brace of Grouse and catch a Salmon all within one day is derived from the famous novel by John Buchan under the title ''John Macnab''.
The day will begin at dawn with an experienced Ghillie to catch a SALMON on the River Garry.
This is followed by a quick transfer to the heather covered mountains to stalk a RED DEER STAG and finally to get a brace of GROUSE under the guidance and advice of experienced Stalker and Gamekeepers.
