When you first contact us to discuss your holiday in Scotland you will never be offered a package 'off the shelf'. Everything we do will be tailored around your precise requirements. The location, the size of property, preferred dates and a range of other factors are all taken into careful consideration before we offer you anything.
With access to an extensive range of private country houses, mansions, castles and sporting estate lodges throughout Scotland, take advantage of our experience and local knowledge in each region of Scotland. We can find the perfect place for you based on the information you give us. Once you and we are satisfied that we know what you want, we will offer you a property, or perhaps a choice of 2 or 3, which we think best meets your needs. We will provide you with full details so that you can make an informed decision. Then sit back and let us organise everything.

We will prepare a draft itinerary based on how you would like to spend your time. The itinerary can be as packed or as light as you wish. We never forget that we are creating a holiday to suit you, not us and we believe that flexibility is essential when making these arrangements. All houses can be fully or part-catered which means you will have your own experienced cook or chef and where appropriate, a housekeeper and any other in-house staff. We will exchange calls, email and the occasional letter before your holiday details are confirmed. Confirming a Booking

Once you have decided on all the elements that will make up your unique package, we will prepare all documents to secure every part of your stay. An initial Deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking, with final Balance payments due no later than 60 days before your arrival at the chosen venue.

Payment can be made by various methods and our office can accept card payments.
